Registration

Registration for ISRR 2024 is available via Eventbrite. We encourage attendees to take advantage of the early registration rate until October 31, 2024. ISRR offers a single registration for all symposium attendees (open to students, postdocs, faculty, and other members of the research community). A symposium registration provides access to all sessions and the social program. A guest registration may be purchased in conjunction with a symposium registration. It is intended for guests of symposium attendees and provides access to the social program but not the symposium technical sessions. 

Authors of papers who need an invitation letter to obtain a US visa to attend the symposium should email Ms. Cristina Fong (cristinf@usc.edu) after registering. The email should specify the title of the accepted paper and the name, nationality, and passport number of the person requesting the invitation letter and include a copy of the passport front page.

ISRR 2024 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Long Beach, CA. A room block at a special rate has been reserved at the hotel for conference attendees. This rate will be available until the room block is filled or until the cut-off date of Friday, November 8, 2024. Reservations can be made using the ISRR custom web reservation link. We strongly recommend that all attendees make use of the special rate and stay at the conference hotel.
